Background: Kaven is an orphan from city of Akterumn in Corsica. He has no memories of his parents and had to fight on the streets to survive his as far back as he remembers. When he was still young he attracted the attention of the local thieves guild, but managed to avoid them till he was caught by Jade. Jade took on the role of his "big sister" and acted as his protector and trainer until she felt he was able to hold his own. Kaven was inducted into the Crimson Shadows at a very young age, and was sent to Valenshire to investigate recent disturbances as his first mission.
